Case-by-case basis only if the seller was proven at fault and only limited to the following:
- shipping out incorrect items
- missing products or inclusions. We will refund only the product we failed to ship.
Please capture a full video of you and the package in full frame while you are unboxing the unit for strict documentation. No cuts and edits!
For customers whose package was shipped through couriers such as LBC and JNT, a return should be made within 24 hours of receiving the package. The basis will be the courier’s website.
- Returns that are received later than the provided time frame will not be eligible for a return or refund.
- No video of the unboxing in full frame, will not be qualified for a return or refund.
- With video of the unboxing but not in full frame, will not be qualified for a refund or refund.
- A video of the unboxing that is edited and has cuts will not be eligible for return or refund.
For Lalamove customers, we do not offer returns or refunds. Kindly instruct your rider to test the unit, capture the inclusions of purchase, and send it to this website.
We waived any liability fir the losses or damages caused by the couriers and riders.
Shipment and delivery fees for returns and refunds will be fairly divided between the seller and buyer.
